ART SHOW VENDOR INFORMATION
Event Location: San Gabriel Park,
Georgetown, Texas
Mission:
The mission of the Up the Chisholm Trail Cattle Drive and
Chuckwagon Cook-Off Event is to educate the public about the
rich heritage of the nineteenth-century cattle drives and
the lives of the cowboys who worked the trails.
Eligibility: The show is open to all western or
southwestern art. Items for sale must be created by the
artist, no commercial items will be allowed. The Museum
staff reserves the right to accept or reject any vendors
based on the items being sold.
Application: Please send the completed entry form, check
for payment and 3 pictures. The pictures must include 2
pictures of the artwork to be sold and 1 picture of the
display and will not be returned.
Spaces: Open booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Exhibitors and
demonstrators must provide their own tables, chairs and
tents, if needed. All booths will be located on a grassy
area. No electricity is available for this event.
Set – up and Take – down: Set up time is from 7:00 am –
8:45 am on the morning of the event. All vehicles must be
moved from the area by 8:45 am. Vendor booths may be taken
down after 5:30.
Vendors must remain in the park and open for business for
the duration of the event. No vehicles will be
allowed in the area before 5:30 pm. Please enter San Gabriel Park from East Morrow Street.
Deadline for Application: August 15, 2010
Notification of Acceptance: Art vendors will be notified
of acceptance by mail no later than August 21, 2010.
